Operations on the esophagus and stomach place the most complex demands on an interdisciplinary team and require concepts at the most innovative level of knowledge. This motivated me to complete my training at the Klinikum Rechts der Isar, one of the world’s most renowned centers for esophageal and gastric surgery, under the direction of Prof. Dr. Dr. h. c. mult. J\u00f6rg R\u00fcdiger Siewert<\/a><\/strong>. <\/p>\n

Throughout my career, I have been able to acquire extensive practical expertise in surgery and now successfully perform many of these operations every year at Salzburg University Hospital, utilizing the latest minimally invasive and robotic techniques.<\/p>\n
